Since then, TIC has developed into the leader and premier provider for industrial coatings in the power/utility, mining, chemical, food & beverage, government, pulp/paper, agriculture and manufacturing industries with national and international touchpoints. Gregory (Scott) Taylor
President & CEO
Gregory (Scott) Taylor started his career with Taylor’s Industrial Coatings in 2000. Throughout his time, he touched all corners of the business working as a field laborer, blaster, painter, field supervisor and in sales. He spent many hours alongside his father, Greg Taylor, learning all aspects of TIC before ultimately purchasing the business. Today, Scott oversees the strategic direction of the Florida based operation, implementing his vision for the future of TIC in the energy, food and beverage, pulp and paper, mining and chemical sectors. When he is not conducting business, Scott enjoys trophy hunting, pelagic fishing, and weekends on the lake with his wife and three daughters.
With over seven years of experience at Taylor’s Industrial Coatings, Troy Waters currently oversees all current projects across the U.S. as a QCS and NACE Level 1 coating inspector, Troy conducts daily inspections, reports to customers, and ensures QA/QC, and safe practices are executed at every level of a project. Outside of work, Troy enjoys smoking BBQ for friends and family, fishing, and spending free time with his wife, son and daughter.
Scott McRae joined Taylor’s Industrial Coatings in August 2001. Today, he acts as the company’s Vice President managing sales operations, estimating, business actions and general corporate matters. Not only is he a member of TIC’s executive council and serves as the company’s senior executive of the contiguous United States, but he is also the primary qualifying agent for Taylor’s Roofing, LLC, which is a subsidiary of parent company, TIC. Outside of work, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing and coaching travel ball along with spending time with his wife, two daughters and son.
Tracey Reddick brings over 19 years of administrative experience in Accounting and Human Resources to Taylor’s Industrial Coatings. In 2011, Tracey started as TIC’s Accounts Payable Clerk, but eventually moved into an Officer Manager role in 2016. On a daily basis, she assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures and manages and oversees the administrative duties of the accounting and human resources departments. Tracey also provides administrative support to the officers and salesmen at TIC. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys gardening, kickboxing, and spending time hanging out with her husband and children in their barn.

Regional sales director for food & beverage
Dustin “Bubba” Kincaid recently joined our TIC team to focus on serving the food and beverage industry nationwide. In his spare time, Bubba enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Chris Hargo holds 15+ years of experience at Taylor’s Industrial Coatings. He currently oversees project staffing and certifies that each work site is equipped with trained, qualified personnel. As a NACE Level 2 Coatings Inspector, Chris also travels to various job sites to ensure quality control is being provided to its full potential. When he is not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and son as well as hunting, fishing, wood-working and anything involving the outdoors.
With 14+ years of sales experience, Jeremy Goff oversees our sales and business development fields in addition to serving the power industry throughout the United States. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, college football, friends, family and spending time with his wife, son and daughter.
