INDUSTRIAL SPRAY FOAM APPLICATOR
Industrial Spray Foam Applicator:
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing structures for insulation, applying closed cell spray foam insulation, and driving a truck and trailer to and from job sites. You will also be responsible for coordinating with customers, contractors, and your co-workers to ensure the job is being completed with the upmost safety and highest quality.

Skills and Experience:
• Experience in spray foam for Industrial, commercial applications is required.
• The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical skills, general industrial skills, and basic construction knowledge.
• Experience with insulation, spray foam pumps, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing is highly desirable. Painting experience is also helpful.
• Backing a truck and trailer is a must-have skill.
Requirements:
• Must be physically fit and agile, with the ability to work from aerial lifts, scaffold platforms, tight areas, etc.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently.
• Must be able to work in hot summer conditions in a construction environment while utilizing all required PPE (Hardhat, ear plugs, safety glasses, respirator, steel toe boots, pants, long sleeve shirt).
• Must be punctual, organized, and efficient.
• The candidate must also maintain a clean and professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• The candidate must be able to pass a background check and an entry drug test. Random drug screenings may be performed as needed.

FOREMAN
The Foreman position is a skilled position in the industrial sector that leads a dynamic team to complete projects with safety and quality as driving factors. • Post surface prep cleaning of spent water from pressure washing, paint chip removed during surface prep, spent blast media, etc.
• Inspect surfaces to be treated and assess the condition of existing coatings.
• Remove dirt, rust, old paint, and other contaminants using cleaning or removal techniques such as pressure washing, sandblasting, UHP water-jetting, hand or power tool cleaning.
• Ensure proper surface profile and cleanliness to promote adhesion of newly installed coatings.
• Have a good understanding of standard SSPC Cleanliness standards for surface prep & how to achieve it.
Coating Application:
• Mix and apply coatings using techniques such as spraying, brushing, and rolling, ensuring even coverage and proper thickness.
• Follow manufacturer's instructions and industry standards to ensure the correct application of coatings.
• Apply primers, intermediate, and finish coats as required to achieve desired protection and appearance.
Safety and Environmental Compliance:
• Inspect walking and working surfaces prior to beginning work.
• Inspect P.P.E. and prepping/painting equipment prior to use.
• Inspection of equipment prior to use. (Forklift, Aerial lifts, Scissor Lifts, Suspended Scaffolding, Skid Steer, Etc.) – Reporting faulty or unsafe equipment to your direct supervisor.

Housekeeping:
• Assist other team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe walking/working surface(s).
Required Qualifications:
• Safety FIRST mentality!
• Passing pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial sector with blasting and painting expertise.
• Knowledge of current OSHA and other related safety requirements.
• Ability to work extended hours, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.
• Willing to travel up to 80% of the year.
• Basic to intermediate communication skills in English (read, write, and speak).
• Ability to enter information in both handheld and desktop computers as necessary.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, have attention to detail, and strong initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work within timelines.
• Ability to think logically, follow procedures, and make sound decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• NACE / AMPP / SSPC credentials or certifications.
Work Environment:
• Work is performed primarily outdoors; exposed to changing weather and outdoor environments.
• The employee continuously works near moving trucks/equipment.
• The employee is frequently exposed to dust, fumes, and airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals where certain PPE is required beyond the minimum PPE.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually greater than 85 decibels.
Physical Requirements:
• The employee is continuously required to stand, walk, reach forward, and grasp during work shifts.
• The employee is frequently required to climb, bend forward, reach overhead, repetitive foot motion, and have eye-hand-foot coordination.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, use repetitive wrist motion, finger dexterity, pinch, and have eye-hand coordination.
• The employee is frequently required to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
• The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• The employee is continuously required to talk and listen.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Subjection to physical and/or DOT Screening may be required along with other tests as applicable.
